2017 Tower Hill Incentive Program
In 2016, SIG worked with THIG to put together an incentive program that would reward the combined efforts of the group, while allowing each individual agency to qualify for Tower Hill’s Elite Agency Levels. It is of utmost importance that the incentive programs add to your agency’s overall experience and reward each affiliate based on their individual capabilities and contribution.
With 1,003 New Business in 2016, though short of the proposed Incentive Goal for last year, SIG’s opportunity for Incentive is being renewed, with a couple changes.
Please remind your teams to utilize the SIG Advantage in being “VIP” with Tower Hill. “VIP” status gives you extended underwriting considerations and capabilities.
2017 INCENTIVE OUTLINE
- GOAL: 1,300 NB Property
- INCENTIVE BONUS: $10,000
- New Business Property policies effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017
- Private flood and Flood will NOT count towards NB total
- Bonus awarded based on individual contribution towards NB.
